The course focuses on using Cisco Catalyst switches and Cisco routers connected in local-area networks (LANs) and wide-area networks (WAN) typically found in small to medium network sites. Upon completion of this course, student gains skills on how to select, connect, configure, and troubleshoot the various Cisco networking devices. This course provides a comprehensive introduction to deploying Cisco routers in an inter-networked environment. Through extensive hands-on exercises, students gain the fundamental knowledge and skills needed to install, configure and troubleshoot Cisco routers. It also prepares students for the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Certification Exam.
